Snape Motor Company & Snape Car & Van Hire are looking to recruit a full time Receptionist/Van Hire Administrator.
You will be the first point of contact for our customers, suppliers & visitors, both in person and on the telephone, so you must be able to display outstanding customer service skills.
Key duties will include preparing estimates, raising invoices, processing payments, ordering parts, taking hire bookings, accurately maintaining records & general office administration.
The role requires punctuality, IT skills (full training will be given on in-house systems), a high degree of organisation, a willingness to learn & a good sense of humour.
Working days are Monday to Friday (there may occasionally be Saturday morning working for which you will be reimbursed).
