SNAPE MOTOR COMPANY & SNAPE CAR & VAN HIRE ARE HIRING – 

The Role: Receptionist/Vehicle Hire Administrator

Hours: 40 hours per week – 8am-5pm Monday to Friday –

Occasional Saturday mornings may be required to cover 

holidays or sickness (these will be paid additionally)

Duties: Dealing with customers & suppliers in person and over the phone

Taking van hire bookings in person and over the phone

Preparing Estimates & Invoices

Liaising with mechanics

General office administration

You must have: Excellent customer service skills & telephone manner

Strong communication skills

IT Skills – training will be given on in-house systems

Attention to detail when under pressure

A willingness to learn

Punctuality

A good sense of humour
